1. Acceptance of these terms
By engaging K&R Carpentry + Landscaping for any quotation, consultation, supply or work, you agree to these terms and conditions. They are intended to keep every project clear, fair and well organised from first conversation through to completion.

2. Quotations and scope of work
Written quotations are based on the agreed scope at the time of issue. Any changes to materials, access, design, timings or required work may affect the final cost. We will discuss and agree any material changes before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.

3. Deposits and payments
A deposit may be required to secure booking dates, order materials or begin work. Payment terms will be confirmed with your quotation or invoice. Final balances are due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Timing and access
We will provide an estimated project schedule, but dates may be affected by weather, supplier availability, site conditions and other matters outside our control. Safe and reasonable site access must be available for work to proceed.

5. Care, workmanship and liability
We take pride in careful workmanship and will address any reasonable concerns promptly. Our responsibility is limited to the agreed works and does not extend to pre-existing defects, hidden site conditions, or third-party work and materials beyond our control.
